Environmental Expert comprises to following skills
* Capacity building (environment), training & further training
* Monitoring & evaluation (incl. benchmarking the implementation
of integrated environmental management plans at regional and district
level)
* River Basin Management (concerning improvement of water quality,
water quality monitoring concepts, establishing cadastres of effluents)
* Cleaner Production and industrial pollution reduction (improving
the efficient use of raw materials, energy etc. also end of pipe
solutions, if not possible otherwise)
* Environmental law
* Environmental economy
* Environmental training & education
* Know-how transfer and know-how management (especially
establishing a management unit at the Cleaner Production Center,
networking and communication
* Have a good command of the English language (German would be an
advantage)
