A National Consultant is seeking qualified candidate for INHOUSE
CONSULTANT for ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT. The Consultant focus on loan and
grant project, then continue to have an active and growing involvement
with central government, local governments, funding agencies, private
organizations, associations, cooperatives and small medium enterprises.
Base office is in Jakarta. Requirements:
1. Master degree or PhD degree with the Civil/Architecture
Background, preferably from overseas degree;
2. Good skills in terms of proposal writing and arrange
project reports, preferably projects from overseas funding (ADB, World Bank,
JICA, USAID, etc);
3. Well understanding about procurement and project cycle;
4. Fluent English (Spoken and Written), TOEFL score > 550;
5. Willing to Works UNDER PRESSURE.
