1. SHIPPING SUPERVISOR (SHP)
(Reporting to the Shipping Manager))
The appointee will be responsible for supervising the unloading -
loading
activities from barges to vessel and coordinating the transportation to
the
coal transshipment point.
Requirements:
Male, max 30 years old.
Chief Mate Ocean (MPB II) / ANT qualification.
Minimum 2 years working experience as 2nd in international liner or
shipping agency.
2. EXTERNAL RELATION OFFICER (ERO)
(Reporting to External Relation Superintendent)
The appointee will be responsible for managing donation, government
relation, mining permit, conflict resolution & negotiation with
community.
Requirements:
Male, max 30 years old.
Bachelor degree in Sociology or Anthropology.
Minimum 2 years experience at similar position.
3. ENVIROMENT SUPERVISOR (EVS)
(Reporting to Environment Superintendent)
The appointee will be responsible for day to day activity in
environmental
site and maintain the legal complience in environment (AMDAL).
Requirements:
Male, max 30 years old.
Bachelor degree in Forestry/Agriculture/Environment.
Minimum 2 years experience at similar position.
ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification or other environment management
system certification.
4. PUBLIC RELATION (PR)
(Reporting to External Relation Superintendent)
The appointee will be responsible for maintain relationships with pers,
government agency, and community in order to support company vision &
mision.
Requirements:
Male/Female, max 30 years old.
Bachelor degree in Communication/Public Relation.
Minimum 2 years experience at similar position.
5. QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER (QCO)
(Reporting to CPP & PQC Superintendent)
The appointee will be responsible for coal quality control and
supervising
the superitending company.
Requirements:
Male/female, max 26 years old.
Bachelor degree in Mining, Geology or Chemical Engineering.

6. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER SUPERVISOR (DCS)
(Reporting to the Environment Superintendent)
The appointee will be Responsible for controlling LK3 performance
document
and data, preparing the LK3 report.
Requirements:
Male, Max 30 years old.
Bachelor degree in Mining, Geology, Forestry, Agriculture or
Environment.
Min 2 years experience in open pit mining company at similar position.
ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification or other environment management
system certification.
7. MECHANICAL ENGINEER (ME)
(Reporting to Coal Tech & Project Development Manager)
The appointee will be responsible for developing concept and design in
mechanical projects and also supervising mechanical projects
implementation.
Requirements:
Male, Max 35 years old.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering.
Minimum 3 years experience at similar position.
Familiar with AutoCad & NASRAN.
8. GENERAL AFFAIR SUPERVISOR (GAS)
(Reporting to General Affair Superintendent)
The appointee will be responsible for general affair services,
including
transportation management, accomodation & services, building management
&maintainance, and other general services.
Requirements:
Male, Max 35 years old.
Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major.
Minimum 5 years experience at similar position.
9. SAFETY OFFICER (SOF)
(Reporting to Health & Safety Superintendent)
The appointee will be responsible for supervise the safety & Health
(K3)
implementation in mining activities.
Requirements:
Male, Max 35 years old.
Bachelor degree in Mining or Geology engineering.
Minimum 3 years experience at similar position.
