services to Oil and Gas Industries are looking for capable and
dedicated candidates for their major project in Tangguh – Papua
Province. All positions described below will be stationed in Papua
and will be under long term contractual basis job (5 years), and
maybe extended considering the extension of the Business. To be

both written and spoken English language. Communication skills in
Bahasa Indonesia will be a distinct advantage.
1.Shore Base Managers (2)
•Minimum 15 years offshore supply base experience with at least 5
years as a Base Superintendent or Base Operations Manager
•Must have experience of remote locations, preferably in South East
Asia
•Must have verifiable experience of offshore drilling operations
•Must have proven management experience
•Must have experience of supply base operations to international
oilfield best practice and must have the following skills as a
minimum;
•Dangerous goods transport, handling and storage
•HSE Leadership, including Management of Emergencies and Oil Spill
Response Command.
•Computer literate in all Microsoft Office Applications
•Planning, budget control and contractor management
2.Operations Supervisors (2)
•Minimum 10 years offshore supply base experience with at least 3
years as a Base Superintendent or Base Operations Manager

•Must have experience of supply base operations to international

•Must have verifiable experience, as a minimum, in the following
areas;
•HSE Management
•Audit Techniques and Review
•Accident & Incident Investigation
•Risk Assessment
•Computer literate in all Microsoft Office Applications
4.Site Lifting Supervisors (2)
•Minimum 10 years experience of lifting and material handling
operations in marine supply base or similar operations.
This position must have, as a minimum;
•The Engineering and Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB), or
equivalent vocational qualification to United Kingdom National
Vocational Qualification at minimum Level 2 and preferably Level 3.
•Experience of reviewing and authorising lifting plans and risk
assessments for all categories of lifts.
•Experience of leading lifting teams and ensuring clear
responsibilities are assigned and understood for each specific lifting
operation.
•Ensuring, by documentary evidence, that all personnel involved with
any lifting operations on the site have been properly trained and
assessed as competent according to agreed standards
•Experience of the maintenance of registers of such personnel is
maintained on the facility.
•Experience of maintaining rigging lofts and documentation for all
lifting equipment and facilities.
5.Facility and Maintenance Supervisors (2)
•A minimum of 5 years experience as maintenance supervisor on a supply
base or in similar operations.
•Vocational qualifications, as a minimum, to cover;
•Maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations and systems
•Fire fighting installations
•Plumbing and sewage systems
•Plant & transport equipment
•Experience in carpentry and general civil construction.
•Must have verifiable training in the following areas;
•Fire fighting Team Leader
•Oil Spill Response
•HSE Supervision
•Basic First Aid
•Computer literate in all Microsoft Office Applications
6.Marine and Coordination Supervisors (2)
•A minimum 7 years experience as Marine Coordinator/Planner at an
offshore supply base or similar operation.
•Previous marine experience, preferably as a mariner.
•Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of tides, navigation and
meteorology. Skills required as a minimum;
•Transport and handling of dangerous goods (IMO/IATA Qualified)
•Lifting and Slinging
•VHF radio equipment operator
•Marine Oil Spill Response Co-ordination

•Cargo Manifesting

7.Warehouse Supervisors (2)
•Minimum 7 years experience as materials or warehouse supervisor in
remote locations.
•Must have minimum 5 years verifiable experience of identification and
handling of offshore drilling materials.
•Minimum of 5 years experience of materials control and inventory
stock systems. In addition the incumbent will have as a minimum;
•Must have experience of oilfield warehouse operations to standards
set by international best practice.
•Computer literate in all Microsoft Office Applications
•Leadership in safe fork lift truck operations.
•Verifiable knowledge of materials integrity and preservation.
