A multinational financial services company who provides various range of products to its customers is currently looking for high caliber person to join its expanding business as:
AUDIT MANAGER
Reporting functionally to the VP Internal Audit, Asia and administratively to the CFO of Indonesia operation, the incumbent will participate as a key member of the Internal Audit (Asia Region) with primary responsibility for the review of Indonesia operation various financial, organizational, operational and functional areas.
The position shall add value to the organization by providing quality audits, by identifying key material risk exposures and providing practical and effective recommendations to address operational issues and eliminate or mitigate risks, ensure that policies, operating guidelines and
practices are in place and effective, aligned with what is prescribed by the Regional or Corporate management, ensure compliance with management and regulatory requirements, and act with dispatch any needed audit activities.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
1. Accounting university graduate with at least 6 years experience in internal and/or external audit.
2. Exposure in life insurance company/ies, banks, or other financial services companies and good understanding on Sarbanes Oxley.
3. CIA certification is a plus.
4. Background in IT audit will be an advantage.
5. Above average interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
6. Highly sensitive and with a deep sense of initiative in the regular conduct of work.
7. Highly analytical, with ability to cope with ambiguity and unstructured issues.
8. Willing to travel within Indonesia for necessary audits of branches and/or of parts of Asia, where the company has operations.
9. Willing to work long hours to coordinate with the Regional and Corporate Office and timely complete projects. With very good time management skills.
10. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
11. Exposure in electronic audit workpaper environment.
