2. Personnel Manager – Corporate
(based in Jakarta)
General Requirements:
1. Age between 31-40 years old
2. Having at least 2 years experience in the similar position
3. Mature, self motivated, and dynamic
4. Good in term of management skills (leadership, initiative, analysis, decision making, and negotiating (for no. 2)
5. Good in term of interpersonal skill
6. Result oriented (1)
7. Good knowledge in term of labor law and human resources management (2)
8. Hold diploma degree (1)
9. Graduated from Law/Psychology (2)
10. Good in English (both oral and written) and computer literate
11. Good connection will be an advantage (1)
12. Having ability to deliver a training (2)
13. Ready to work long hours and under pressure
