HR Manager - Base in Kalimantan (Code: HRK)
Requirement:
a)Willing to work in Kalimantan area
b)Male, S1, p referred living in Kalimantan and has background in Forestry or Pulp & Paper industry as HR Manager.
c)Minimum total experience in HR area 10 years, and as HR manager minimum 4 years
d)Competency in HR operation (IR,GA,Recruitment,Training,Personnel,PM, etc) and HSE
e)Experience in setup policy, dealing with local government institution, managing local community, handling all legal permit
HR Manager - Base in Jakarta (Code: HRJ)
Requirement:
a) Priority for HR consultant or from MNC background with experience minimum 10 years
b) Strategic position, strong in HR new trend strategy, strong in conceptual and analytical thinking
c) Mastering English language
