Our client looking HR Superintendent for Mining Company operations are in Pandeglang (Banten) with its Head Office in Jakarta.
HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERINTENDENT
Scope of Work
To prepare and provide Human Resources and Organizational Development
strategies for the Project development. Working closely with contractor and suppliers using format contractual relationships and longer term programs e.g. apprenticeships to achieve local employment goals. Prepare an industrial relation strategic that encompasses the future growth needs of the mining project development. Actively engage the education and private training institutions to assists contractors and suppliers to meet their local employment obligation and ongoing training commitments. Prepare Human Resources strategies to meet the needs of the changing stages of the Cibaliung project.
Requirement
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Law or Management
- We are seeking a person who has a minimum of 10 years of
experience in Admin and HR management, with a minimum of 2 years at a senior corporate level, with a minimum of 5 years experience with a mining underground/ resource organization.
- Proven operating experience in a developing human resources
- Applicants must be fluent in the English language, have a good relationship with government sector (Depnaker, ASTEK etc), understanding Computer literal,
