Senior Manager/ General Manager - Information System Head (includes
IT Infrastructure & IT Security)

Principal Accountabilities:
Reporting to Director of Mining Operation, the incumbent is
responsible to manage the Country's Information System Functions in
order to deliver high level of organizational effectiveness through
providing business support in terms of information management /
system, IT infrastructure, and IT security. To ensure the
information system, IT Infrastructure, IT Security are functioning
effectively in order to enable effective management decision making
and to ensure the achievement of business objectives. Direct and
coordinate IT infrastructure, office automation, LAN / WAN. To lead
and manage information system throughout the country, at Jakarta
head office as well as at various mining sites in Kalimantan.
Requirements: Indonesian, Male / Female, 37- 40, Master Degree in
Business / Information Technology, Engineering from reputable
overseas / local universities, with 12-15 years working experience
in Banking, Telecommunication, or Mining. Currently is holding
Information System Head, Head of IT Infrastructure, Head of IT
Security position with a foreign multinational, or Joint Venture /
National companies in banking, telecommunication, or oil & gas /
mining. Broad appreciation and understanding of economics, finance,
business management and interrelationship between these disciplines.
Strong functional and technical skills, supported with a wealth
knowledge and strong exposures in information system, IT
infrastructure, IT security, banking, telecom or mining operations
and business analysis. Experienced to use Oracle system as well as
Mincom software. Thorough knowledge of company's information
system's policy and practices, high level of knowledge of computer
systems are required. Mature, confident, easy to adapt in new and
multicultural & multidiscipline working environments. Fluency in
English both oral and written is essential and a definite
requirement. Hands-on, demonstrated strengths in leadership.
