MANAGER OPENINGS
Colliers International Indonesia (www.colliers.com/indonesia), a
fast-growing Property Consultancy, together with its affiliates has open
positions for high caliber individuals who are interested in joining a
management team overseeing in excess of 200 employees. Internationally,
Colliers operates in 238 offices in 51 countries, and has been operating
in Indonesia for over 30 years.
As these are managerial positions which are considered strategic to the
success of the business, prospective candidates, who would like to apply
for the positions, must have high integrity, good communication skills,
emotional maturity, reasoning and judgment, willingness to work hard,
drive for excellence, enthusiasm, perseverance, strong leadership and
organization skills.
Requirements specific to each position include, but are not limited to,
the following:
Information Technology Manager
-------------------------------
- S1/BS degree or higher in information technology/computer science,
from a reputable and recognized university, preferably from abroad
- Solid and up-to-date information technology knowledge of software and
hardware, gained from at least eight (8) years of hands-on experience
with a multi-national Company. Knowledge of both Microsoft and Linux
operating system is preferred.
Finance and Accounting Manager
-------------------------------
- S1/BS degree or higher in accounting and finance, from a reputable and
recognized university, preferably from abroad.
- Eight (8) years of hands-on accounting experience with a
multi-national corporation or international accounting firm required.
- Solid knowledge and experience with GAAP accounting, methods,
Indonesian taxation, financial analysis, and computerized accounting
software systems required (experience with platinum accounting software
is preferred).
