PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia is an industry leader in the provision
of contract mining and multi-disciplinary construction services, with
operations in mining, process engineering, and civil and related
industries throughout Indonesia.
With continued growth we are seeking additional resources to join the
Human Resources team. Successful candidates will be initially located
in our corporate offices before moving onto a Project site.
Opportunities for the following have arisen :
1. HR - Superintendent (HRS)
Requirements:
• S1 Degree in any field of study preferably in management, human
resources, law, Industrial Relation or Social Science.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in general human resources management.
• Experience in dealing with labor union & government institution.
2. HR Graduate (HRG)
Requirements:
• S1 Degree, GPA min 3.0 in any field of study preferably in
management, human resources, law, Industrial Relation or Social
Science.
• 1-4 years experience is preferred.
3. Senior Supervisor Construction Training - Civil Engineer (CEN)
Requirements:
• Recognized Industry Trade and /or Civil Engineering (S-1
qualification).
• Training experience in Telecommunication is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years industrial experience in process engineering /
construction within telecommunication or civil engineering sector.
Supervisory role in Telecommunications is an advantage.
4. Rigging/Scaffolding - Training Officer (RTO)
Requirements:
• Qualification in Rigging and Slinging / Working at Heights.
• Minimum 3 years industrial experience in the erection and
dismantling of Scaffolding, Rigging & Slinging and Working at Heights.
Rigging/Scaffolding experience in Telecommunications is an advantage.
General Requirements:
• Computer literate.
• Good command skills in English for both written and verbal.
