Key roles:
To support Process Plant Operation and Maintenance with engineered
solution in optimizing and maximizing the equipment performance with
the objective to achieve the highest possible production level,
safely, reliably arid at low cost.
REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
•A university degree majoring in Electrical, Electronic, Physics,
Instrumentation, Mechanical, Civil.
•Have at least 3 years experience in Maintenance/Engineering!
Construction in heavy Industry.
Technical Specialization for Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer
•Good knowledge on instrument system basic such as control and
calibration equipment and electrical basic such as control and
electrical equipment.
•Have experience on auditing equipment system.
•Good knowledge about Maintenance of Electrical Equipment and
Instrument control system.
•Familiar with Alien Bradley PLC Hardware and Software.
•Understand Process Plant Equipment System.
•Advance on interpreting instrument drawings.
Technical Specialization for Mechanical Engineer
•Advance on mechanical system (Hydraulic, Pump, Vibration).
•Have experience on auditing equipment system.
•Advance to read Process Instrument Diagrams.
•Good knowledge about Maintenance of. Mechanical Equipment.
•Familiar with Process Plant Equipment System.
•Advance on interpreting Hydraulic Circuit diagrams.
Technical Specialization for Civil Engineer
•Advance on structural building.
•Advance to read civil drawings.
•Have experience on auditing building-structural.
•Good knowledge about Maintenance of Civil or Mechanical Equipment.
•Familiar with Process Plant Equipment
INDUSTRIAL HYGIENES OFFICER (Code : IHOF)
Purpose of the role:
Reports to Snr. Industrial Hygienist, this position is accountable for
conducting the industrial hygiene sampling and measurement.
Requirements:
•D3/S1 with Industrial hygiene background, Biologist, Industrial
Hygiene, Chemist.
•Preferable has an experience in industrial hygiene job.
•Understand/familiar with industrial hygiene regulations and
standards.
•Have deep understanding on Statistics analysis, Industrial Hygiene
Sampling strategy and scientific report preparation.
•Familiar with Industrial Hygiene Monitoring equipment
•Knowledge and familiar with
Microsoft word, excel, power point, access.
•Presentation skill as well fluently communication both in Bahasa
Indonesia and English
•Have good analytical and coordinating skill.
ASSISTANT PROCESS ENGINEER (Code : APE)
Key Role:
•Set up, plan and execute short term projects; initiate a improvement
project; Coordinate the improvement project meeting; Provide technical
knowledge and expertise to Process Plant Operation in term of process
metallurgy,
environmental control, and safety.
Qualification / Requirement:
•Graduated from recognized university in Chemical engineering or
Metallurgical engineering
•GPA mm. 2.75 of scale 4.
•Experience in large/heavy industries (i.e. oil and gas, chemical,
petrochemical, mining, or manufacturing) is preferable but not
essential.
•Self motivated and have good interpersonal skill.
•Fluent speaking and writing in English.
•Familiar in using package software of PC (Windows)
•Have a good interpersonal skill
ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY SYSTEM
AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR (Code: ESDC)
Purpose of the role:
Reports to Health and Safety Superintendent, this position is
responsible and accountable to maintain and develop EHS management
system and analyze all EHS statistics to support the company's
business.
Minimum Requirements:
•S1 with Engineering / Technical back ground.
•Minimum 5 years. as Safety Engineer or Safety Management System
Development
•Understand / Familiar with Safety standards and government
regulations
•Good knowledge of Emergency Preparedness Plan
•Strong statistical analysis
•Computer literacy such as Word, Excel, power point, Access, etc.
•Has knowledge and familiar with Safety Equipments.
•Expert in Environment, Health and Safety Management System (ISO 14001
& OSHAS 18001).
•Fluent in Indonesia and English language.
•Experienced in Presentation Skill.
SENIOR SUPERVISOR EXPLORATION (Code : SSE)
Purpose of the role:
Lead and developing the MRI Planning group, to work and meet the
professional standards set up - internal and external. He or she is
the one who will comprise the MRMR reports and act as QP for PTI as an
organization.
The minimum Requirements are:
•Indonesian nationality, Geology or Mine Engineer background
•Has the master or PhD degree on geostatistic.
•Has the capability, skill and knowledge on the Nickel Laterit ore
modeling/reserve estimation.
•Fully competent in writing the technical report in English.
•Certify from the professional association such as APGO, AUSIMM., etc
