ConocoPhillips is an international, integrated energy company headquartered in Houston, Texas, and operating in more than 40 countries. As a Production Sharing Contractor for BPMIGAS, we operate many producing and exploration blocks in Indonesia. To support our expanding operations in Indonesia, ConocoPhillips is looking for talented Indonesian nationals to fill in the following positions.

FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER (Code: FOM)
Basic Purpose:
The Field Operations Manager is responsible for management of the production and marine operations from the offshore in the Natuna Sea. The position rotates with two other Field Operations Managers. The rotational schedule is 2 weeks offshore, 2 weeks in the office and 2 weeks off. The Field Operations Manager reports to the Senior Offshore Operations Manager. Reporting directly to the Field Operations Manager are the 3 Offshore installation Managers (OIM's), Lead Operation Engineers and Onshore Maintenance Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
While offshore, the Field Operations Manager will:
• Coordinate and communicate work with the onshore Field Operations Manager, the three (OIM's) and other groups like HSE, logistics, engineering, maintenance, supply assurance, etc to ensure that the offshore operation is optimally run
• Elevate the business understanding of each platform and provide line of sight with company goals to the offshore operations staff.
• Ensure management system processes and procedures like Permit to Work, Management of Change, etc. are understood and adhered to.
• Ensure that outstanding audit issues are resolved in a timely fashion.

While onshore, the Field Operations Manager will:
• Work closely with the offshore Field Operations Manager and groups like venture management, HSE, maintenance, engineering, onshore operations, procurement and logistics to coordinate and communicate the needs of the offshore operations.
• Work with cost center analysts to Improve the monthly reporting system.
• Work with cost analysts and OIM's to ensure that performance metrics and analysis are provided which assist operations and management In their effort to elevate performance.
• Develop and maintain an integrated schedule of activities and a commitment assurance system.

Qualification & Experience:
• University degree in engineering discipline.
• Minimum 15 years experience preferably in engineering and production operations. At least 10 years will be in supervision/management in engineering and production operations.
• Personnel and asset management skills including experience in cost control, budgeting, manpower planning, appraisal and counseling, and career development
• Comprehensive understanding of the major BU engineering disciplines
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
• Teamwork and motivational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

ASSET COORDINATOR (Code: AC)
Basic Purpose:
The Asset Coordinator assists in the management of one or more ConocoPhillips Indonesia assets. The position requires a broad understanding of the business and business drivers, and overall ability to Lead, influence and work with multi-discipline teams to achieve the goals established in the Asset Management Plans. This position reports to an Asset Manager and will be frequently involved in updates to management, partners and BPMigas.

Qualification & Experience:
• The successful candidate should hold a Bachelors degree at a minimum.
• The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. A strong technical background is desired, but it is more important that the candidate demonstrate an ability to understand the overall business, hydrocarbon value chain, economics and key drivers for success. The candidate should also be capable of influencing and winning support from others to deliver the business goals. Strong core values, exceptional planning, results-driven and leadership skills are critical dimensions in this role in order to continuously drive business performance within a team environment
• English communication capability is a necessary skill to succeed in this position. Candidates must clearly demonstrate this ability in all forms: oral, written, reading. Computer skills are also mandatory, as the successful candidate will be required to maintain financial spreadsheets, develop and deliver management presentations and provide written reports.
• Asset Coordinator positions are viewed as developmental assignments for the Asset Manager positions.

SUPPLY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR (Code: SAC)
Basic Purpose:
The Supply Assurance Coordinator will interface with Operations, Engineering, Commercial and Finance to help coordinate the planning, allocating, and reporting of hydrocarbon production from our onshore and offshore assets. The coordinator will work within a diverse role to properly plan gas supply, allocate and report asset production, and facilitate collaboration and communication across field operating groups to optimize supply to meet demand. Coordinator will also help implement systems to properly allocate and report hydrocarbon production. This position reports to the Supply Assurance manager.

Qualification & Experience:
The successful candidate should hold a Bachelors degree at a minimum.
The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. A strong technical background and knowledge of the producing operations are desired to achieve and implement supply plans and to resolve allocation issues. The candidate should also be capable of influencing and winning support from others to deliver the business goals. Strong core values, exceptional planning, results-driven and leadership skills are critical dimensions in this role in order to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve results within a multi-discipline team environment. Seeking a candidate with strong computing skills, specifically in production reporting and allocations systems, and a spreadsheet acumen that may help exploit efficiency in gathering field data from well testing and operations, allocating daily production, reporting business performance and key contractual balances and transferring production information across groups.
