in 1998 and it has a successful track record for the last 5 years.
Castrol has been closely associated with motor sport like Fl. World
rally, Moto GP Superbike, etc. We have an aggressive growth plan, we
are looking for:
Country Controller
PT Castrol Indonesia is a customer facing and people based business.
The ability to form good relationships with people at all levels and
from a variety of backgrounds and cultures is essential for this role.
The role will report into the Regional Financial Controller based in
Singapore and will lead the Finance and Accounting team in Castrol
lndonesia. The position will manage all aspects of Financial Control.
Forecasting/Reporting, Credit, Product Costing and Accounting
Job Description
• To establish, maintain and monitor effective and efficient financial
controls
• To be responsible for the integrity of all financial data used in
planning or performance/financial reporting. Delivering robust
Management Information processes which support delivery of business
performance with particular focus upon supporting the sales and
marketing strategic lenses of channels and market spaces
• To provide assurance and an independent view to the Regional
Management Team that financial control and accounting, credit risk
management and fraud control policies are consistent with the Group
Management Framework and Functional standards
• To be a member of the Board of Directors, supporting Board Meeting
and ensuring all requirements on corporate governance are duty
complied with
• To be accountable for preparing the bottom-ups annual plan
• To develop and maintain KPI's to track performance and identifying
and implement FC&A related projects
• To perform cash and credit management
• To be a member of Indonesia Leadership team and a member of the Asia
Pasific - FC&A Network
• To lead the Finance and accounting team including the People and
HSSE agenda
• To work closely with Tax, BP Finance, Banks, Legal teams and
external auditors
Minimum Requirements:
10 years experience in Finance and Accounting field and at least 5
years experience in the managerial position preferably with an FMCG
company. Recognized national or international professional accountancy
qualification or MBA with strong analytical and communication skills
will be an added advantage. Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
is a prerequisite for this job.
