OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Duties / Responsibilities:
•Coordinate and supervise activities of services or technical
personnel via assignments, job or project management, administration
and technical support
•Provide technical guidance and work direction to field staff.
Responsibilities include employee management and development,
inventory management, sales, engineering, maintenance; operations,
service, QHSE, training, planning and budget management
•Monitor daily progress of job(s) or project(s)
•Work independently under general supervision, requiring normal
guidance and review
•Handle special projects, as assigned
Qualification:
•University Graduate (equivalent to S1) with degree in engineering
•7+ years experience in field and operations
•Commitment to customer service and ability to lead team-oriented
environment
•Comprehensive understanding of completion, sand control and
artificial lift product~ services
•Excellent communication written and verbal) and interpersonal skill
is a must
•Comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and market
conditions
•Basic knowledge of business practices including strategic planning,
budgeting and staffing
