The Chair of “Professor Achim Wambach” is looking for a PhD candidate in Microeconomics, with interests in Contract Theory, Game Theory and/or Industrial Organization.

We offer a work environment within an active and ambitious team where you will be doing your own research projects in any area of microeconomics to be specified during your first year of employment. The position is offered for a three-year period. Salary and teaching duties are according to BAT IIa (75%).

In order to qualify for a PhD position, the candidate must have successfully completed a German Masters degree (or a comparable foreign degree) in Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, or a related area of study.
