Job Description:
- Training need analysis;
- Coordinate all training programs;
- Develop soft skill training module;
- Conduct trainings;
- Liaise with external trainers;
- Supervise training administrator.
Competencies required:

- Minimum 7 years experience in the related field.

* Retention Specialist
Job description:
- Develop employee retention program;
- Maintain the implementation of employee retention program;
- Provide counseling for employee.
