HEAD OF INVESTMENT (Jakarta based)
Responsible for managing day to day operations of Investment functions and
Investment teams.
· Manages Investment personnel
· Sets portfolio strategy and parameters
· Develops Investment policies and guidelines in accordance with
Liability structures and/ or client requirements

Requirements:
· University degree and advanced degree
· Minimum 5 years experience in Portfolio management
· Track record in managing and coaching others
· Overall knowledge of day to day processes and practices in
Investments
· Applies principles of management to managing the Investment team
· Knowledge on: Financial analysis, Auditing and Internal control,
Investment Management, Cash Flow management, Capital and Surplus
Management, Management Principles

UNDERWRITING MANAGER (Jakarta based)
Responsible for:
· Performing risk selection and classification of a broad range of
non-standard cases within delegated authority, and manages a group of
underwriters
· Identifying risk-mitigated new business opportunities

The qualifications:
§ A university graduate with at least 4 years experience in underwriting
area (for those with Medical degree) or at least 6 years experience in
underwriting area (for those without Medical degree)
§ Sound understanding of insurance coverage policies and in-depth
understanding of Underwriting disciplines
§ Fluency in written and spoken English, computer literacy (Word, Excel)
§ Good communicator with good presentation skills
§ Analytical thinker with strong managerial skill

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST – IT (Jakarta based)
Responsible for managing projects and gathering business requirements to
improve business processes and functions for existing and new enterprise
systems.

The qualifications:
· University degree in Business or Information Systems
· Have at least 5 years industrial work experience preferably in life
insurance field with at least 3 years as a Business Analyst
· Comprehensive knowledge of life insurance business processes
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
· Proven analytical and presentation skills
· Skills in teamwork, innovation, adaptability along with a customer
focus, results orientation and business sense
· Skills in understanding and using project management tools
· Possess good technical writing skills
· Fluency in written and spoken English

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT MANAGER (Jakarta based)
Responsible for supervising accounting daily activities (5 days close
activities), Agis Accounting, Investment Accounting, Accounts
reconciliation, and reporting to Regional Accounting/Corporate Accounting.

The qualifications:
· University graduate major in Accounting with 3 to 5 years of relevant
experience, preferably with insurance company or public accounting firm
background
· Fluency in written and spoken English
· Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
· Good interpersonal skills with proven people management ability

SALES TRAINER (Surabaya based)
Responsible for delivering training to sales people, designing the training
programs, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and monitoring
market trends for training purposes.

The qualifications:
· University graduate from a reputable University from any discipline
· Two or more years of experience in training sales people within life
insurance industry
· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

ACTUARIAL ANALYST (Jakarta based)
Responsible for preparing reports and performing basic analysis of the
following:
· Actuarial Valuation
· Financial reports relating to actuarial matters
· Experience study
· Validation of actuarial assumptions

The qualifications:
§ University graduate major in Mathematics or Actuarial Science,
preferably have passed at least 2 PAI exams
§ Problem solver and analytical thinker
§ Eager to learn, quick learner, willing to work hard
§ Fluent in spoken and written English

CASHIER (Jakarta based)
Responsible for:
· Handling petty cash and daily transaction
· Preparing all financial transaction, checking the receipt, according
to the standard procedure
· Handling the transaction using the electronic transfer
· Preparing reports on outstanding cheque
· Handling the financial document

Requirements:
· Diploma 3 graduate major in Accounting or Finance or Management
· One to two years relevant experience
· Good with numbers, detailed, accurate, honest
· Good command of written and spoken English
