PT. Zurich Insurance Indonesia is currently searching for :

Temporary Receptionist/3 months (Code: TR)
Main responsibilities as required by the job:

· Answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding the calls to the
appropriate parties
· Assisting in making and maintaining daily report of outgoing
telephone calls as requested by employees/management
· Greeting/assisting guests with their inquiries and forwarding their
inquiries to the respective employees
· Distribution of incoming mails to the appropriate departments and
maintaining daily mail reports
· Forwarding incoming fax to appropriate person


Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma from secretarial academy (is preferred).
· Min. 1 year of related experience
· Friendly and helpful
· Excellent personal and communication skills
· Good in English
