SYSTEM SUPPORT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Managing System Support Team & Resources for providing technical support for the customer
Maintaining mutual relationship and communication with customer
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum S1 degree from reputable university, major in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
At least 3 years proven experience in the System Support field.
Proven experience and knowledge in managing System Support Team will be an advantage.
Knowledge in telecommunication industry and computer networking will be an advantage.
Poses a good leadership, communication, and presentation skill
Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory. Fluency in Korean (oral and written) will be an advantage.
Able to work under demanding environment (including readiness for 7 x 24 hour support) with minimum supervision in a team working framework.
Discipline, hard worker, friendly, good attitude, creative and proactive.
