around the world to eat and life better. One of our factories, PT Nabisco
Food located in Cikarang, inviting highly qualified professionals to join us
for the following positions:


1. Compensation & Benefit Associate (Code: CBA)

Responsibilities:
The Compensation & Benefits Associate is accountable for assisting the HR
Plant Manager to implement and execute Plant's compensation & benefits
policy, effective management of headcount costs and internal remuneration
guidelines to ensure effective retention of employees. He/She should ensure
all compensation and benefits plans and programs are implemented properly
and on time and provide support to internal clients.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in social science preferably form business management or
economic or psychology or law
* Minimum 3 years experience in compensation and benefit matters for
manufacturing company.
* Good knowledge of compensation and benefit policies, system and
remuneration principles and government regulation.
* High proficiency of computer and related equipment.
* Proficient in English (written and spoken)
* Good analytical thinking, planning, monitoring and problem solving skills
* Preferably familiar with job evaluation and HAY grading system

2. Industrial Relation & GA Officer (Code: IRGA)

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible to maintain good industrial relation and
supervised general affair services. The incumbent will assist Plant HR
Manager on mediation assistance to labor issue; management in prevention or
settlement industrial labor disputes; formulate, revise or renew of
collective-bargaining agreement and other industrial relation issues. He or
she will handle corporate legal documentation in the plant such as renewal
permit of employment, renewal permit of heavy duty equipment and other
relevant documentation process. The role also include ensuring the
provision of employee facilities and working tools such as stationery,
transportation, locker, sanitation, canteen.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in social science preferably majoring in law
* Minimum 3 years experience in industrial relation area for manufacturing
company.
* Deep understanding of applicable labor laws and precedent decisions
* Good knowledge of government regulation, current developments, problems
and practices in industrial relations
* Excellent in interpersonal skill, integrity and mediation techniques
* High proficiency of computer and related equipment.
* Proficient in English (written and spoken)
* Good analytical thinking, planning, monitoring and problem solving skills

3. Account Payable Accountant (Code: APA)

Responsibilities:
This position plays key role in ensuring timely recording of all company
liabilities related to manufacturing operation, including VAT and
withholding taxes, consistent with company policies and local statutory
regulations. The incumbent ensures that all liabilities are valid,
authorized and properly documented in accordance with company policies and
procedures. He or she will actively work with various departments.

Qualifications:
* University degree in accounting (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
* Good knowledge of local statutory requirements
* Team player and able to work across departments
* Good in English (written and spoken)
* Have good interpretative and analytical skill
* Preferably have knowledge of manufacturing process and AS 400


4. Plant Controller (Code: PC)

Responsibilities:
This position plays a key role in the development, co-ordination and
ensuring that the Plant Financial data (Standards, IBRs, Product costing,
Management reporting) are accurate. The incumbent should be able to
understand and anticipate key areas of costs and profit exposure and react
to drive and implement action plans to address issues and provide advise to
the Operations Director on all aspects of Financial analysis on the Plant.
He or she will be a proactive member of the Plant Management team and
provide financial directions and set targets for continuous improvements in
the Plant. The incumbent will have a very strong working relationship with
Operations Asia Pacific, South East Asia Operations and will also actively
work with the country Commercial unit finance staffs.

Qualifications:

*University degree in accounting, preferably from reputable university
*At least 6 years experience in accounting position in multinational company
at managerial (corporate/country) level.
*Have proven exposure to cost analysis, cost control and team involvement in
manufacturing company, preferably Food Manufacturing.
*Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems, preferably having
knowledge of PRISM manufacturing system
*Good analytical, interpretive, management and interpersonal skills
*Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver against targets.
*Flexible to adjust new information with ease and have good problem solving
skill with board range alternatives.
*Able to work unsupervised
*PC skill essentials
*Proficient in English (written and spoken)
