0001/ID/DE - Desktop Engineer
Mandatory skills:
- 2 - 3 years on Windows desktop support
- Should have 2-3 years in troubleshooting
experience in MS Office, Anti Virus, IE, Adobe
Acrobat Writer 7.0 Standard, Wireless Client
WinZip, Microsoft Project, Yahoo Messenger,
Windows Messenger and other desktop client tools
- Should have at least 1 year experience in
administering Cisco Router and switches.
- MCP certified preferred
- Good knowledge on Information Technology
Job description:
The Job scope will involve supporting Desktop and
Network Device like Cisco router and switches in
house. Should be on standby support for after
office hours and weekends (The after office hours
� weekend support is not expected to be very
high, but we need the engineer to be willing to
be contactable on his / her mobile at all times).
Soft skills:
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and local language
- Good support attributes
Working model:
- Contract 1 - 2 years
Work location:
- Jakarta, Indonesia
