1. Account Payable Accountant
This position is responsible for:
Assisting Account Payable Supervisor to ensure all payment and receipt
documents are prepared verified and prepares the payment instruction. And
also preparing monthly bank reconciliation statements and verify or
disposition of reconciling items.
Qualifications
* Minimum D3 (Diploma 3) in accounting with 2 years work experience
in a full range of treasury functions.
* Good knowledge of domestic financing and banking rules and
regulations.
* Ability to focus on detail with high speed and accuracy
* Good interpersonal skills
* Task oriented
* Ability to sustain long periods of pressure
2. Disbursement Officer
This position is responsible for:
Assisting treasury & credit control officer in ensuring all payment and
receipt documents are prepared verified and executed the payment and cash in
flow accurately and in a timely manner and also ensure cash on hand included
petty cash are administered properly and safety. He or she will monitor
cash advance movement (disbursement, settlement and reconciliation) and
response to all queries from supplier and other department concerning cash
payment.
Qualifications:
* D3 (Diploma 3) in accounting with 2 years work experience in a
full range of treasury functions
* Good knowledge of domestic financing and banking rules and
regulations
* Ability to focus on detail with high speed and accuracy
* Good interpersonal skills and good communication skill (both oral
and written).
* Ability to sustain long periods of pressure
* Task oriented and PC literate
