1. Operational Manager (Takengon )
S1 degree from business or Management. Minimum 5 years
experience in . Have previous experience in managing
teams. Good interpersonal & communication skills with
team work are essential. Must be able to work
independently and show initiative;understanding of
donor budgets is required, Report writing; strong
computer (MS Office)skill, filing, and organizational
skills; excellent spoken and written English. Strong
organizational skills; ability to interact effectively
with international and national personnel.
2. Finance Officer ( Takengon )
Minimum S1 degree in Accounting/Finance. Minimum 5
years experience in Financial,Audit function.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project
budget design and management skills; Strong
organizational skills; ability to interact effectively
with international and national personnel. Excellent
oral and written English skills. High computer skills
on MS Office programs.
3. Driver / Logistician (Takengon )
2 years experience in same position in company/NGO.
Have valid driver license. Must respect and adhere to
all safety and traffic rules. Basic understanding of
English and fluency in all local languages is
required. Understanding of maintenance vehicle. Strong
organizational skills; ability to interact effectively
with international and national personnel. at least
one of which should be in Logistic and commodity
handling.Able to compile and analyze qualitative &
quantitave data.Ability to follow procedures , meet
deadlines and work independenly and Cooperative with
team member is required. Candidate must be willing to
travel and work in difficult condition.
