PAYROLL & BENEFIT HEAD ( Code : PBH � Milis )

Job Description :
� Controlling and analyzing the implementation for compensation & benefit management.
� Responsible to reconcile and prepare reports of overhead cost, include SPT PPh21, Jamsostek, Insurance and Pension Program.
� Maintain all the relevant documentation and database.
Specific Qualification :
� Minimum Bachelor Degree with maximum age 35 years old.
� Have skills and experience in Accounting / Reconciliation, Tax ( PPh21 ) and SAP.
� Minimum 3 ( three ) years experience in HR Payroll & Benefits, preferable ever handling large scale of database.
� Able to give recommendation to management that related to compensation & benefit area.

EMPLOYEE SERVICE CENTER HEAD ( Code : ESCH � Milis )

Job Description :
� Manage and deliver service for employee as front liner of HR Group.
� Responsible to manage of development, implementation and enhancement of Employee Service Center.
� Preparing and analyzing all relevant data to support management�s decision.
Specific Qualification :
� Minimum Bachelor Degree with maximum age 30 years old.
� Have skills in service and call center.
� Minimum 3 ( three ) years experience in service related area including in business process improvement and service quality improvement.

ACCOUNTING, MIS & INTERNAL CONTOL HEAD ( Code : AMICH � Milis )

Job Description :
� Responsible to manage of development, implementation and enhancement of Human Capital Resources Information System to fulfill all HR Group�s need.
� Managing, controlling, reconciling and analyzing manpower database.
Specific Qualification :
� Minimum Bachelor Degree in HR Management or Business Management or Management Information System or similar.
� Maximum age 30 years old.
� Minimum 3 ( three ) years experience in HR function related areas including in business process analyst and project management, especially to completion HR System Project.
� Has strong knowledge using HR Technologies, specifically on SAP / R3 and Web Design is a plus.

General Qualitfication :
� Having good understanding of all function of HR, include product and operational.
� Strong knowledge and experience in SAP is an advantage.
� The candidate must be a team player who demonstrate strong leadership & management, imbibe the passion and concern for service excellence, show a high degree of financial literacy and commercial orientation, demonstrate a high capability in operational management and possess excellent communication skill ( English is a must )
