HR & Corporate Service Manager (HR & CS Mgr)
Responsible for providing support to corporate executive management in improving company's performance, developing day to day administration of policies and program covering several or all of the following : HR Procurement (Organization, Human Resources Planning, Recruitment & Hiring), Compensation & Benefit, HR-Maintenance, HR Development, Industrial Relations, HR-Separation, Compliance and other administrative function and providing effectiveness of employee services.
Requirements:
a.. Bachelor degree with min 5 years continuous experience in Management level especially in Trading & Shipping company.
b.. Understand with labor/employment law and or Government Labor Regulations
c.. Excellent managerial skill
d.. Must have excellent employee relations, pleasant personality, proactive, good work integrity to keep the company needs and objective as priority goal
e.. Fluent in English and PC literate
