1. ASSET LEADER (Code: AL)
Key Duties:
� This position ensures that the assets / machines being led are performing as required within the standard.
� This position leads the technical team to resolve any issues or problems related to assets / machines.
� Acts in a coaching role in the development of operators and other support personnel.
Requirements:
� Mechanical Engineering degree from reputable university or technology institute.
� Has at least 3 years experience, preferably in Production Engineering.
� Proactive, strong analytical and interpersonal skill. Able to communicate in English both oral and written.
� Good leadership skill and capable to lead or manage asset/machine improvement.
� Computer literate (MS applications and preferably able to use AutoCAD).
� Very good understanding on Sanitary Napkins machine and process.
� Willing to be assigned in Cikarang.
2. DEVELOPMENT STAFF (Code: DS)
Key Duties:
� This role maintains specific development system (procedure, software, tools / equipment) to ensure that all of packaging development step follows the system.
� This role is also expected to execute the daily development activities included initiate the draft or project, control the progress, initiate gap analysis vs. objective and implement corrective actions; to ensure the development output fulfil the marketing requirement and the company / government regulation and standard.
� Leads specific improvement project on the assets as specified including development of SOPs, best practice and training materials as well as execution of training activities (both class-room and on-the-job) and the refreshment.
Requirements:
� Bachelor degree or minimum of diploma degree related to Product Design or Engineering background from reputable university.
� At least 1 � 2 years experience in manufacturing environment. At least 1 year of which will have been in direct development areas that familiar to handle the design development, technical drawing and specification development, design of experiment, special run, and yield calculation.
� English fluency in both writing and speaking.
� Computer literate (MS applications and preferably able to use AutoCAD).
� Willing to be assigned in Cikarang.
3. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Code: PS)
Key Duties:
� This role controls and monitors the day-to-day of the production activities to achieve the supply on time in full goods.
� Controls actively the material consumption, implementing the on-line product release, and the daily machine maintenance and ensures the safety and housekeeping is in the proper condition in accordance with the company�s standard.
� Ensures that all the products specification requirements have been well communicated and ensures that the continual improvement activities is well implement to minimize the product variance (incl. waste) and process delay.
Requirements:
� Mechanical Engineering degree from reputable university or other related field with at least 2 � 3 years experience.
� Wiling to work on shift basis.
� Familiar to handle the production operation, product release system, and machine maintenance.
� Good leadership skill and capable to lead or manage group of team.
� Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
� English fluency in both writing and speaking.
� Computer literate (MS applications).
� Willing to be assigned in Cikarang.
4. PROCESS ENGINEER (Code: PE)
Key Duties:
� This position is accountable for provision of technical and process support.
� Assists production team in process trouble shooting and minimization of waste and delays.
� Assists production team in development of process and ensures quality within specifications.
� Acts in a coaching role in the development of operators and other support personnel.
Requirements:
� Mechanical Engineering degree from reputable university or technology institute.
� Has at least 3 years experience, preferably in Paper Manufacturing.
� Proactive, strong analytical, leadership and interpersonal skill.
� Able to communicate in English both oral and written.
� Computer literate (MS applications and preferably able to use AutoCAD)
� Willing to be assigned in Cikarang.
5. ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (Code: AME)
Key Duties:
� This position assists the maintenance engineer in the running and development of the maintenance system.
� Updates the computerized maintenance system and provides reports on maintenance performance.
� Assists maintenance engineer to ensure the spare parts are available.
Requirements:
� Mechanical Engineering degree from reputable university or technology institute.
� Has at least 3 years experience, preferably in factory maintenance environment.
� Proactive, strong analytical and interpersonal skill.
� Able to communicate in English both oral and written.
� Computer literate (MS applications and preferably familiar with any computerized maintenance system).
� Willing to be assigned in Cikarang.
