On present, one of our clients which focuses on "Complete Lifecycle Power Solution" urgently need candidate to fill the position of,

"REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER"

Qualification:

a.. University degree B.Sc engineering / Marine engineer 1 Class UK.
b.. Having experience in the same position minimal 3 years.
c.. Have an excellent leadership skill in order to :
a.. Create an empowered and challenging team culture that delivers outstanding performance in marketing and sales of company product services.
b.. Co-ordinate to work, productively, efficiently and effectively as an integrated team in the sales process.
c.. Lead, demonstrate to embrace the corporate values and a work environment free from corruption, collusion and nepotism.
d.. Able to give the best performance in customer relation area, market share, cost effective sales performance and bench mark the company performance with competitors.
e.. Able to enhance the team environment and company culture (entrepreneurial, collaborative and accountable) as well as the corporate values (energy, excellence and excitement).

Main Responsibilities:
a.. Sales of product services including Spare parts, services, long term agreements and special service projects. Engines are installed in land based power plants and in ships.
b.. Manage cost effective customer accounts, including technical and commercial issues.
c.. Provide technical product support to customers.

Development Responsibilities:
a.. To Develop business growth and new opportunities in Product Services.
b.. To obtain industry market knowledge and assist management to identify trends and growth opportunities.

KPI'S Measures:
a.. Sales and margin achievement.
b.. Payment collections.
c.. KPIs : spend time with customer, visit report, CROL, payment collection.
d.. Completeness of the work performed.
e.. Reporting time and quality.
f.. Effectiveness of cost of sales
g.. Customer satisfaction
