Now, we are seeking for a talented and passionate professionals to be part of a very dynamic and challenging environment as Radio Solution Engineer/Radio Solution Specialist (Code: RSE)
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for supporting Ericsson Customer Division to increase GERAN/WCDMA Radio Network Products and Solutions Sales in preparation of Nominal Cell Planning, Tender/Bid Supports, Deliver Radio Network Solution Proposal, Traffic Capacity Dimensioning and Simulation, Radio Propagation Model Tuning and frequency/codes planning. Actively provides Radio Access Network solution based on advance Ericsson GERAN/WCDMA RAN products and solution to fulfill Ericsson's Customer needs. Demonstrates the Ericsson strong RAN solution to internal and external customer organization to create business opportunities.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical/Telecommunication, Electronics or Computer Science with minimum 5 years working experience in GSM/WCDMA Radio Network Design and Performance Improvement (NDNPI)
* Posses an exceptional knowledge of GERAN/WCDMA Radio Network Design Techniques and has a detail knowledge of advance radio network products and features with it's associated complexity and required planning & optimization of live radio network
* Has advance skill in using Radio Network Planning/Optimization Tools and has extensive knowledge on Network Performance Improvement activities in real live GERAN network is a must (WCDMA field experience is an advantage)
* Highly developed interpersonal, communication (conversational and writing skill), negotiation and presentation skills, independent, self motivated, strong analytical with an excellent problem solving skills, and open to continuous changes and varying degree of responsibility
