Environmental, Health and Safety System Coordinator (Code : ESDC)
Purpose of the role :
Reports to EHS Manager, this position is responsible and accountable to maintain and develop EHS management system and analyze all EHS statistics to support the company's business.
Minimum Requirements :
1. S1 with engineering / Technical back ground
2. Minimum 5 years as Safety Engineer or Safety Management System Development
3. Understand/ Familiar with Safety standards and government regulations
4. Good knowledge of Emergency Preparedness Plan
5. Strong statistical analysis
6. Computer literacy such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, etc.
7. Has knowledge and familiar with Safety Equipments
8. Expert in environment, Health and Safety Management System (ISO 14001 & OSHAS 18001)
9. Use charts, tables and spacing effectively in report writing
10. Fluently in Indonesia and English language
11. Experienced in process improvement and cost reduction
12. Experienced in Presentation Skill
Safety Training Coordinator (Code : EHCO)
Purpose of the role :
Reports to Superintendent Safety and Health, this position is responsible and accountable to manage EHS training program and to set up training need analyze (TNA), and to minimize dependency of external resources for mandatory and regular safety training and develop safety training program as requested to ensure that line management achieves their safety training objectives.
Minimum Requirements :
1. S1 Degree (in Safety & Environment Engineering, Chemical/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering) or equal back ground Engineers background is an advantage.
2. Two years experience as safety trainer coordinator.
3. Have good knowledge of safety standards and government safety regulations.
4. Good trainer skill and Presentation skill.
5. Good interpersonal skill.
6. Fluently in Indonesia and English language.
7. Good skill of driving light vehicle and has a valid Indonesian driving license SIM A
8. Computer literacy such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, etc.
Snr. Project Specialist (Code : SPCS)
Purpose of the Role :
To ensure infrastructure development project meets customer and organization needs by providing safe efficient engineering design and project management service and document control.
Requirements :
1. Minimum S1 degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Architect
2. Having work Experience of at least 2 years as Project Manager
3. Creates annual budgets that, when implemented, deliver the defined objectives for the budget unit
4. Recognizes early signs that expenditures may exceed financial constraints and takes corrective action to prevent over-runs.
5. Continually looks for ways to reduce spending or increase the effective use of money spent
6. Reviews and accepts project proposals for the Department Capital Plan
7. Presents Department Capital Plan for Department Manager consideration and approval
