We are an international management services company operating in a
manufacturing environment, and seeking qualified candidates with growth
potential for the following position :

OFFICE MANGEMENT, HUMAN RESOURCE AND GENERAL AFFAIRS OFFICER

A PMA company with small representation in Indonesia is looking for
suitable candidates that can fill a combined position covering areas
like human resources and sourcing, secretary, office manager, some
administrative support, and general affairs, further meeting the following
criteria:



Must have at least 3 years experience in office management type or
other type of general support functions;

Motivated, pro-active and multi-skilled person to manage office,
assist in sourcing Human Resources, and perform some administrative and
secretarial functions;

Must have excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills
in English, absolute fluent - not just a bit;

Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills - both internal and
external to the Organisation

Must be proficient in MS Office Suites: Word, Excel, Power point,
knowledge of other applications is an advantage;

Excellent word processing and administrative capabilities

Experience in internet and email, a must

Supportive functions to the expert consultants and Directors;

Experience working with an IT company, and working in a multi
national environment is a plus

Knowledgeable of processing legal documents, working permits, tax
forms etc. is a plus
