Job description:
Backup engineer will be responsible for PC troubleshooting, program
and OS installation, hardware / software questions, and IT problem
solving request from customers.
Requirements:
Male, under 25 years old.
Fresh graduates (S1) are highly recommended.
Majoring in: IT, Computer System, or Information System.
Able to perform software (esp. Windows O/S & Ms Office Suite)
installations & hardware troubleshooting.
Mastering LAN concept.
Team player.
Good attitude.
Good communication skills.
Able to work under pressure.
END USER COMPUTING SUPERVISOR:

Job description:
EUC Supervisor will be responsible in supervising day to day
activities of helpdesk team.
Requirements:
Exposed to IT working environment with a minimum 4 years of
experience, preferably in supervisory level.
Strong leadership.
Good reporting skills.
Willing to be based in South Sulawesi.
Majoring in: IT, Computer System, or Information System, or having
extensive experience in IT.
Able to perform software (esp. Windows O/S & Ms Office Suite)
installations & hardware troubleshooting.
Mastering LAN concept.
Team player.
Good attitude.
Good communication skills.
Able to work under pressure.
