ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Baker INTEQ a division of Baker Hughes Inc. is a major international oil & gas services company, with worldwide operating and headquarters in Houston, USA. It has an exciting opportunity for the "best in class" Accounting Supervisor who will be based in Jakarta and responsible for accounting functions and implementing corporate and division policies for Indonesia's operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise a section of accounting personnel to ensure the smooth operation of accounting function in specific functional area
• System consolidation to summarize and forecast business activity and financial position.
• Preparation of various financial reports and performance of balance sheet review.
• Assist in preparation of business plan and forecast.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory reporting, taxation, legal and with GAAP reporting requirements.
• Review and coordinate to improve on internal control of various Junctions.
• Handle ad-hoc or special projects assigned by the Finance Manager
REQUIREMENTS
• Male/Female, age between 25 - 35 years old.
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred.
• At least 4-5 years audit experience in a "Big Four" accounting firm with extensive knowledge of accounting and financial principles and practices.
• Experience working in MNC will be added advantage
• Knowledge of SAP or Hyperion software would be advantageous
• Strong analytical skill and knowledge in system maintenance
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Excellent time management, people management and interpersonal skill.
• High degree of initiative & to effectively manage changes.
