Management.

positions:


QUALITY CONTROL (QC)

Job Responsibilities:

. Initiate, coordinate and implement QC functions. Ensure these
processes comply with standard/specs/requirements of our Quality System.

. Develop Generic and Specific QA Plans based on project
requirements.

. Ensure that all processes and functions at site are in line with
the Quality Manual.

. Coordinate and liaise between the QA functions at head office and
the QC functions at site [Cikarang / Cilegon]



Job Requirements:

. Male, Age between 25 - 30 years

. S1 in Engineering Discipline graduated from reputable institute
with Min. of 2 years of experience as QC in Building Constructions.

. Understands and has sound knowledge of ISO 9001:2000.

. Able to monitor, evaluate, identify and report problems, help
developing solutions in line with the required level of Quality.

. Able to organize and conduct meetings with Owner / Contractors /
third parties in matters related to QC.





FINANCE & ACCOUNTING (FA)

Job Responsibilities:

. Monitor company Account Payable & Account Receivable

. Collection of Project Cost Data and Validation.

. Responsible to provide Financial Reporting.

. Prepare company tax reporting.



Job Requirements:

. Female, Age 25-30 years old

. S1-Accounting, preferably from reputable university

. Min. 3 years experience in accounting area, preferably having the
same experience at Construction company

. Experience in handling taxes and possess brevet A & B certificate
and understand Indonesian tax regulation

. Experience as Project Accountant would be preferable

. Able to make Cash flow & budget

. Mature and possess a good level of communication and interpersonal
skills





Chief Engineer, Mechanical & Electrical (ME)

Job Responsibilities:

. Design, design review, re-engineering and development of technical
documents related to M&E works [drawings, specifications & planning]

. Fulfill and ensure that all M&E technical matters issued in tender
and contract documents are in line with Contractual Obligations.



Job Requirements:

. Male, age between 30 - 40 years old

. Min. S1 with 7 years experience in spheres of High-rise buildings
and Plants/Factories in a M&E designer/consultants and/or contractor or
same field [or combined]

. Familiar with and able to operate MS-Project [plus other M&E
software is an advantage]

. Preferably Building Physic, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
background [for wide range of M&E design works]

. Dynamic, energetic, strong leadership, good interpersonal skill

. Proven leadership skills and have experience in construction
management

. Practical training in project management is preferred.



DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (DC)

Job Responsibilities:

. Ensure that all Project contract documents and data within Project
Management are registered and controlled.

. Create, develop and maintain filing systems for master/original
paper copy documents and data in filing cupboards / cabinets.

. Send all Projects contract documentation issued to parties external
and record, copy, distribute and file as appropriate.

. Receipt all Project contract documentation coming into Project

Management and record, copy, distribute and file as appropriate.

. Input details of all project documentation to be controlled into
the document control register.

. Assign document register sequence numbers to documents and stamp
documents with the applicable stamps.

. Perform project administration activities in accordance with ISO
9001 Quality principles and project related documentation.



Job Requirements:

. Male with Minimum of 2 years experience in project administration
and document control in construction or other similar industry or
organization.

. Understanding of Contract, Project and Quality Management
principles and processes.




General Requirements:

. All above positions are located at our head office, Menara Batavia.

. Good computer application skills including: MS Windows, MS Excel,
MS Word, MS Access and MS Outlook, and current application usage.

. Proven ability to work independently with a high level of
self-motivation and initiative.

. Proven ability to communicate business related issues with
Managers, all staff, Customer and Contractor representatives to achieve
objectives.

. Possess good verbal, oral and written communication skills in the
English and Indonesian languages.

. Fast learner, willing to work hard and thorough in details.

. Ready to join us by the early of January 2006
