A major production oil company with offshore activities, based in
Jakarta is looking for immediate employment for :
MOORING MASTER
Job Summary :
1. Plans and coordinates a proper mooring / unmooring export tanker
operations in timely manner.
2. Act as a Loading Master on the export tanker and inspects the crude
oil transferring process.
3. Supervises and controls the mooring boats assistance in mooring /
unmooring tankers operations.
4. Inspects and make sure cargo tanks dry before loading and sign the
required documents as company representative.
5. Directs and supervises tanker officers and the ships crews for
connecting and disconnecting of cargo hoses to and from ships
manifold.
6. Coordinates with Terminal Supt. and Tanker's Officer regarding
cargo requirement, loading / back loading rates.
7. Ensures the incoming tankers implement Quality Health, Safety and
Environment Policies & Procedures.
Job Requirement :
1. Merchant Marine University, holding at least ANT II Preferable ANT
I
2. Ocean going tanker experience, 2 years as Master on board or Sr.
Officer for 5 years. Experience as an offshore Mooring Master is
Preferable.
3. Knowledge of Mooring Master Job, instruction and procedures cargo
oil operations, contingency, QHSE management program.
4. Has good leadership, can communicate in a common working language
and English. Minimum score of TOEFL 450.
