Client Services Officer

A foreign bank which located in the heart of Jakarta is currently
looking for a Client Services Officer with the following:

Job Function
Develop, implement and maintain client services in the custodian
services of the Bank. The client services function supports and
respond client's inquiries effectively and in a timely manner by
providing appropriate solutions to custodian clients needs.

Responsibilities
- Acts as one-single point of contact/liaison for custody clients
(local and foreign).
- Acts as one-single point of contact/liaison group between custody
clients and the various services/operating areas of the bank.
- Handles account documentation and maintenance.
- Manages various queries and complaints surrounding business'
services.
- Maintains client relationship, builds incremental business from
and discusses new opportunities with existing clientele.
- Participates in daily write-ups such as Newsflash, Market Update
and Request for Proposal.
- Maintaining relationship with Capital Market regulators and Bank
Indonesia.

Qualifications
- University graduate, preferably majoring in Accounting/Management/
Economics
- Minimum 3-year experience in Customer/Client Services (preferably
in banking/custody industry)
- Knowledge in Indonesian banking (preferably in custody business)
and Capital Market industries.
- Business communication
- Interpersonal skills, ability to supervise and work in a team
- Computer literacy
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both verbal/written)
