Job Description
-Independently managing and enhancing the existing HR Consulting Practice
-Servicing varied clientele by developing unique solutions to resolve business issues within Organisational Development, Strategic HR processes, Change Management and Total Rewards Management.
-Managing and reviewing progress of a team of qualified consultants
Desired Profile
-An MBA from a premier institute-With 6- 9 years with a blend of experience in Industry and consulting
-A proven track record as an HR Practitioner, deep domain expertise in core HR areas, conceptualizing and implementing strategic HR applications, processes and policies-Must have a penchant for business development and networking-Should have good analytical and communication skills
-Must be a hands on person as well as have an ability to lead a team
