Head – HR & Administration
Should have around 10 to 12 yrs experience with organization of Repute; out of which minimum 5 years should be in capacity of Head of the HR & Administration team.
The professional should be ideally from tier-I Management Institute preferably with a Engineering Background.
An Exponent of handling HR & Administration function in progressively growing organization, the Individual is expected to strengthen the Organization culture incorporating Best HR Practices.
