General Manager
Our client is seeking a General Manager for a greenfields project in
Central Kalimantan for a new coking coal mine, which is currently
under feasibility study.
The successful applicant must be experienced in both construction and
production. Responsible for overseeing the construction of the mine
and wash plant, you will
become the General Manager once the mine is operational.
The applicant will demonstrate the following:
• Wash plant experience (essential)
• Coal mining experience (essential)
• Working experience in Indonesia (preferred but not essential)
• A strong "hands-on" management approach to oversee the construction
• Provide leadership and motivate employees whilst maintaining a
vigorous and safe working environment.
Accommodation, travel and roster arrangements will be discussed at
initial interview. A very competitive remuneration package will be
