Our client is one of the reputable property companies is currently seeking a SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER who is responsible for overseeing all marketing activities within the company.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 6 years demonstrable marketing experience, with 3-4 years in managerial level.
* You should be 30 - 40 years old
Main Responsibilities:
* Develops and implements marketing strategies, targets, and relevant action plans
* Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services
* Responsible for customer support, and marketing research
* Reviews customer research result, market conditions, and competitor data
* Develops and recommends pricing strategy for the organization
* Coordinates all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
* Develops a company's advertising strategy, liaises with advertising agencies to create the company product or image, and develops promotional and sales support materials
* Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy, and product packaging and formulation to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions
* Broaden and strengthen the existing marketing network
