Saud Bahwan Group is one of the largest and most professionally managed business conglomerates in the Sultanate.
As part of our ongoing expansion in Oman, a number of civil construction projects are underway, including Vehicle showrooms, Automobile workshops, Offices, Residential complexes, Warehousing and other facilities involving huge investments. For the management of these projects, we wish to recruit:
GENERAL MANAGER - PROJECTS
Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed Institution, preferably with Management qualification.
Experience: More than 20 years in independently handling construction of multiple & large projects preferably Vehicle Showrooms, Automobile Workshops, Warehouses, multi-storied Residential/ Commercial Building, Villas, Townships and other facilities. Candidates who have worked in similar positions in GCC countries and a re well-acquainted with all aspects of civil construction projects will receive preference. Thorough knowledge of Project planning through Primavera and other modern IT tools essential.
Age: Around 45 years.
MANAGERS/ SENIOR MANAGERS - PROJECTS
Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution, preferably with Management qualification.
Experience: Around 15 years in a similar capacity in large projects preferably Vehicle Showrooms, Automobile workshops, Warehouses, multi-storied Residential/ Commercial Buildings, Villas, Townships and other facilities. Candidates who have worked in similar positions in GCC countries and are well acquainted with all aspects of civil construction projects will receive preference.
Age: Around 40 years.
