An International mining service company is seeking skilled, experienced, and qualified professional for the of HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER that will be posted in North Sumatera.
To qualify for the post, the applicant need to have minimum requirements as follows:
1. Bachelor Degree in Management / Economics / Human Resources Management/Psychology
2. Age: Max 30 years old
3. Min 4 years experience in the field (Payroll, General Affair, Jamsostek, Law of labor & Recruitment )
4. Experience in the mining field would be an advantage
5. Having exceptional interpersonal and communication skill
6. English and computer literacy are a must
