* Fluent in English (both oral & written).

* J2EE and/or J2ME.
* Linux Operating System.
* XML and XSL skills.
* Team Leadership.

MICROSOFT DEVELOPER
PT Jawasoft is looking for talented Microsoft Certified software developers. Initially work will be focussed on extending an existing VB6 product but later we will be looking to develop an innovative new version based on .NET technologies.
The ideal candidate will be an independent thinker - someone who can apply modern object orientated software techniques to real world problems and design elegant and efficient solutions as well as write good code.
At a minimum the following qualifications are required:
* Fluent in English (both oral & written)
* Microsoft Certified
* Experienced in both VB6 and .NET
* Experienced with SQL Server
The following experience would be an advantage:
* Experience with web applications (ASP, HTML, Javascript)
* XML and XSL skills.
