Kondur Petroleum S.A., a fast growing oil & gas exploration and
production company is in need of the energetic and qualified
professional for the following positions:
HEAD OF MARINE TERMINAL (Code: HOMT)
Basic Functions: Manages efficient and effective operations of the
Storage Barge end its maintenance, safe berthing & un-berthing of
export tankers, coordination of cargo transfer, maintenance of
navigational & communication equipment.
Qualifications & Experiences:
*Education of Marine Academy level followed by sea career with
qualification to Master Manner or Chief Engineer.
*Experience in sea career should cover at least 10 years with at least
3 years on oil tankers.
*Has valid certificate of PFSO as per ISPS code.
*Knowledge of crude oil quantity and quality control as well as tanker
operation.
TERMINAL OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT (Code: TOS)
Basic Functions: Manage the operation, maintenance and inspection of
all machineries on board floating storage barge inefficient, effective
and safe manners in compliance with marine, oil tanker, statutory
regulations and oil industry standards.
Qualifications & Experiences:
*Education of Engineer background (AMK A, B, or C) or Academy with
evidence of tanker knowledge.
*Minimum 8 years experience on sea going vessel, preferably on
tankers, with at least 3 years experiences in offshore Oil & Gas
industry as a supervisor.
CHIEF DEVELOPMENT GEOLOGIST (Code: CDG)
Basic Functions: Develops a plan for infill-drilling and or
development,
including POD preparation, drilling proposal for field development and
secure Partner and BPMIGAS approval based on a sound subsurface
geology model that integrate geological, geophysical, petrophysical
and engineering data in
workmanship manner.
Qualifications & Experiences:
*Degree in Geology with 10 to 15 years experience in fluvial deltaic
reservoir or clastic reservoir field development including a POD
management, multidisciplinary teamwork, horizontal drilling plan &
operation, development drilling proposal & reservoir mapping.
*Have a strong background and experience in applying sequence
stratigraphy, advance 3D seismic attribute, pressure test,
petrophysical analysis,sedimentary petrology and core data into
reservoir field development.
*Have an experience in leading a team that responsible for QC the
petrophysical and reservoir geology database, teaching young
geoscientist, plan and execute a multidisciplinary petroleum field
study.
*Have a field experience as an operation geologist or well site
operation.
*Skillful in using GeoFrame or Landmark geophysical and geological
interpretation tools and has some experience with Petrel reservoir
modeling.
INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COORDINATOR (Code: IRC)
Basic Functions: Originates, develops, Implements and coordinates
policies & programs for employee relations, communication & services
to ensure that administration of personnel is in compliance with the
company & government rules and regulations.
Qualifications & Experiences:
*University degree in Law, Economics,Human Resources,Engineering or
equivalent.
*Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resource especially in
Industrial Relations.
*Accredited in Industrial Relations will be advantage and familiar
with sound personnel regulation practices in the Oil & Gas industry.
General Qualifications:
*Good command of English both oral and written with good report
writing skills.
*Familiar with statutory regulations or referred International
standards of Quality Safety, Health and Environment.
*Good relationship with Indonesian Oil authorities, BPMIGAS.
