countries. As a Production Sharing Contractor for BPMIGAS, we operate
many producing and exploration blocks in Indonesia.
To support our expanding operations in Indonesia, ConocoPhilips is
looking for talented Indonesian nationals to fill in the following
positions.
1. MAINTENANCE PLANNING COORDINATOR (Code: MPC)
Basic Purpose:
•To manage maintenance planning activities for assets that do not fall
under specific asset management i.e. Matak, Batam, etc.
•manage maintenance planning activities for spare parts in all
warehouses.
•To become the maintenance planning process owner
•To provide technical support and, co-ordination for all asset's
maintenance planning.
•To make maintenance planning recommendations and drive continuous
improvement.
•To drive / facilitate audits for maintenance planning performance
•To interface with Logistics, procurement, and SAP to drive continuous
Improvement across all maintenance planning related processes.
•To drive common maintenance practices and ensure consistency of
implementation across the Business Unit.
•To facilitate knowledge sharing across assets and possibly with other
COP Business Units.
•To review all assets maintenance metrics and ensure consistent
metrics are used across COPI Operations.
•To compile Long term maintenance planning reporting
•To functionally lead the asset's maintenance planners.
•To develop networking with corporate / other ConocoPhillips' Business
Units to improve maintenance planning.
Qualification & Experience:
•Must have at least 5 (five) years experience in maintenance planning
and trouble shooting activities in the field of:
•Mechanical (rotating equipment - pumps, compressors, turbines (gas or
steam), boilers, heat exchangers, pipe fittings), and/or
•Instrument (transmitters, fire & gas detectors, PLCs, BMS, control
valves, etc) and or electrical (switchgears, motors,' electrical cable
installation)
•The incumbent must possess, at minimum, an Engineering Diploma or
have related technical background. Experience in Oil and Gas
Operations as a Maintenance Planner/ scheduler is essential. This
position will be based in Jakarta office but expected to visit field
facilities as required.
2. INTEGRATED PLANNER (Code: IP)
Basic Purpose:
•Ensure implementation of the Integrated Planning Management System
and other relevant planning & scheduling procedures In the Eastern
Hub.
•Proactively liaise with project leaders, Operations, Drilling, Ops
Support, and other functions across COPI to collect and validate
Information during development and updating of the schedules.
•To become the hub of planning/ scheduling information for the Eastern
Hub area, and responsible for the correctness of the schedules
produced.
•Gather schedule information from various groups across COPI and
develop, update, and produce and Integrated Schedules for the
respective area where he/she is assigned to, to ensure that Operations
works and the supports activities are property scheduled and
coordinated to ensure maximum effectiveness and minimum overall cost
to Company.
•Support Asset in the development and update of short-term schedules
e.g. the 90-day and 30-D Schedules
•Resource for shutdown planning, small project planning and ad- hoc
schedules
Qualification & Experience:
•The candidate has at least a BSC degree in Engineering/ Project
Management.
•4-6 years experience In projects and/or operations and has good
Knowledge and Experience with planning/ scheduling using the advanced
planning & scheduling software e.g. Primavera Project Planner,
Primavera Enterprise, or the like.
•Ability to travel to remote area. Traveling is expected but will
fully depend on business needs.
