countries. As a Production Sharing Contractor for BPMIGAS, we operate
many producing and exploration blocks in Indonesia.
To support our expanding operations in Indonesia, ConocoPhillips is
looking for talented Indonesian nationals to fill in the following
position.
MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT (Code: MS)
Basic Purpose:
•Ensure all equipments in safe operating condition and job maintenance
related perform in a safe and environmentally manners
•Ensure reliability and availability of plant is high to achieve
optimum production target.
•Provide proactive, direction and leadership in trades training
program to achieve safe and competent maintenance personnel
•Develop, manages, organizes and directs implementation of maintenance
strategy, mechanical integrity, reliability asset management process
related with the Sumatra Onshore areas (TAC, PSC, Suban and SJB) and
Processing Facility to ensure the optimum reliability and availability
of the equipments.
•Pro-actively use risk management technique such as: Root Cause
Failure analysis (RCFA), Failure Mode Equipment Analysis (FMEA), etc
to identify the problems, mitigate and prevent recurrence failure.
•Coordinate with other Departments (Engineering, Reliability
Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Operations) of all maintenance,
improvement and development projects of the assets
•Work with Operation Excellence department to ensure synergy employee
career plan between Onshore and Offshore operation is available
•Assist Onshore Operation related with asset and operation integrity
policies to be consistent with management's commitment to a HSE
culture.
•Participate to successfully of new project start up in Sumatera
Onshore Operation
Qualification & Experience:
•Minimum S1 in Mechanical Engineering.
•Minimum 8 years experience work in oil and gas industries.
•Had minimum 5 year hands on experience in maintenance and trouble
shooting of rotating equipment (compressors, turbines, centrifugal
pumps, etc.) and extensive experience in maintenance and planning of
oil and gas processing equipment.
•Had strength on basic gas and oil processing system.
•Had strength on HSEMS.
•Must exercise a high degree of analytical judgment and be capable of
making frequent non-routine decisions. Operates autonomously under
general guidance and in conformance with general management
directives.
•Familiar with Maintenance Management System and Maintenance
Strategies.
•Knowledgeable in advance risk management techniques such as: Root
Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Mode Equipment Analysis (FMEA),
etc.
