the world. We are now seeking highly qualified professionals who can
work in a team and willing to be stationed in our Surabaya Head Office
to fill the following positions for:
1.PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER (PMO)
Key Accountabilities: Provides overall coordination and contract of
engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction and start up
phases of assigned contracts.
2.PROPOSAL ENGINEER (PRE)
Key Accountabilities: Evaluates a wide variety of complex commercial
and technical aspects related to customer requirements and manages
internal and possible external resources to prepare proposals designed
to satisfy those requirements.
Qualification/Requirement
•Holds an S1 degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical
Engineering or Shipbuilding
•5 years experience with direct involvement in Project Management &
Site Execution (PMO); and 3 years of sales or proposal development in
the power industry
•Familiar with Microsoft Project software (PMO
•Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate team effort/problem solving
techniques and to interact with customers, consultants, and employees
at the executive level to resolve disagreements on a win/win basis.
Excellent written and oral skills in English is a must.
