The prerequisites are as follow,

Restaurant & Bar Manager
- D3 graduate from any reputable hotel/tourism academy
- has working experience as Restaurant & Bar Manager for 3/4/5 star hotel
- good interpersonal skills
- able to work in a team and independently
- fluent spoken and written English
- computer literate
- not more than 35 years old

HRD Staff:
- S1 graduate in law/psychology from any reputable university
- has working experience as HRD Staff for 3/4/5 star hotel
- dilligent, self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision
- good interpersonal skills
- fluent spoken and written English
- computer literate
- not more than 40 years old
