CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT ANALYST (Code:
CSRPDA)
Basic Purpose:
� Responsible in development of community development program
specifically and CSR program generally, to support local community in
the area of company operation;
� Responsible in development of implementation plan and strategy of
program, and coordination the implementation with field team and other
related department;
� Responsible In monitoring, re-design and evaluation of program.
Qualification & Experience:
� University degree in social science, business, management or
engineering with substantial knowledge and experience in community
development or CSR;
SOCIAL ASSESSMENT & MONITORING SPECIALIST (Code: SAMS)
Basic Purpose:
� To provide social analysis and social profile of company operation
through social assessment and monitoring;
� To provide social management plan for each company assets.
Qualification & Experience:
� University degree in social science/anthropology
� Substantial knowledge and experience in the area of social study/
research with exposure to extractive industry would be advantage;
General Requirements:
� Fluent in English both oral and written;
� Has an excellent analytical skills, team work and interpersonal
skill;
� Able to travel and working in remote area with limited supervision.
