00051/HPOVSD - HP OpenView Service Desk Consultant

Mandatory skills:
  • 2 years experience in implementing Service Desk in large enterprise environments.
  • Experience in implementing the heslpdesk, problem management, change management.
  • configuration management & SLA management process using ITIL/ITSM best practices and OpenView ServiceDesk.
  • Implementation experience with OVSD Helpdesk, Change Management and SLA management modules.
  • Working knowledge of HP OpenView Operations.
  • Good communications, writing and presentation skills. Good command of the English language.

Other pre-requisites:
  • Degree IT, Computer Science or Engineering discipline.
  • Training in ITSM/ITIL, OpenView
  • Operations & OpenView ServiceDesk

Job description:
Track record of designing and implementing complex enterprise or service provider Network Management solutions using HP OpenView suite of tools in large enterprise or service provider environments.

Contract duration:
- 1 year (extendable)

Working location:
- Indonesia (Jakarta)
